From structured learning spaces to relaxed social sessions, our work is designed to make skating feel accessible, joyful, and community-led. Through our work, participants experience movement that supports wellbeing, creative expression through music, style, and culture, social connection that builds confidence and belonging, as well as, structured experiences that support learning and growth.

Our founder James kept hearing repeated calls for safer, more inclusive spaces to skate, he worked alongside skaters across London and the UK to turn those challenges into opportunities.
By combining community insight with support from public, charitable, and cultural organisations, Skate Cabal has grown into a community-led movement that creates spaces where people can skate, connect, and thrive.

OUR IMPACT
Working with public bodies, charitable foundations, and cultural institutions, Skate Cabal created the programmes, events, and spaces the community had been calling for.
The impact extends far beyond skating. In 2024, 92% of participants reported improved mental wellbeing, while 92% made new social connections through Skate Cabal's programmes and events.

Skate Cabal began by listening to skaters across London and the UK, identifying a need for safer, more inclusive spaces and greater opportunities to participate.
Through these initiatives, Skate Cabal engaged over 2,700 participants in 2024 alone, fostering strong levels of repeat participation and reaching intergenerational audiences.
Today, Skate Cabal partners with councils, brands, youth organisations, and cultural institutions to create meaningful community impact, achieving a 97% participant satisfaction rate.
